Hi there Creators Class dates for October are:  Thursday 3rd in Laanecoorie at  7pm Saturday 5th in Maryborough at 10.30am , along with this session from 2-3pm is the Stampin' Up!  Hi There Creators Well, I was shown a photo of one of these cards from one of my class ladies/downline the other day, and then bless her, Chris sent through the instructions for me.  Chris used the version from Dawn's Stamping Thoughts, I have "translated" it into A4 size and instructions, so this is my version (not sure if anyone else has done this too, it's not very hard!) Anyway I looked at my stamp sets, and Racing By jumped out as one that would be perfect for this!  In the video I promise the measurements, so check those out below, but first the photos.....  Hi there Creators,  Today I'm showing off this card I designed the other day, which has a pop out element with stars on it, and a dangly bit!  The Stars come from Sweetest Star bundle , (I always want to call it chubby Star bundle 🤣)  I've used the Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper , and Peaceful Season Bundle (stamps & dies). The first card I made up with retired Designer Papers to try it out, measurements further down.  Here is the first card: Then the one I make up in the video is this one: And now for the measurements...... You'll need an A4 base card, cut down the middle and scored in 1/2 to create a long card The outside of the card uses for the front Panel A plain colour card 14.3cm x 6cm, then an overlay of Designer Paper 2" x 13.8cm, which has the "Christmas" die cut out of it. Inside the card, you need 2 plain pieces 14.3cm x 10cm, and 2 Designer Paper pieces 13.8cm x 9.5cm. The Mechanism part is 14.8cm x 2cm folded in

Hi There Creators, If you've ever made a gatefold card, with a ribbon that attaches all the way round it to keep it shut, you'll know it gets to it's recipient who then can't redo a bow, and it never quite looks the same again 🤣 So I was contemplating this as I was playing around with a gatefold card the other day and thought why couldn't the tied bow just be a faux one? that doesn't actually keep the card closed, but looks good? Enter the "Gatefold Bow Card" (cos I didn't know what else to call it🤣)  There is probably not an easy way to be perfectly honest to make your bows look good, what it takes is practice and playing around with it once it is made (sometimes it takes a well placed mini glue dot 😉)  I used some of the Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Papers they come in 6x6" and designed to be suitable for all occasions. Hi There Creators, Today I figured it might be fun to show off what I purchased from the upcoming September to December 2024 Mini Catalogue (or as I like to call it the Christmas Catalogue).  If you watch the video you'll see all of my goodies, however I went to town with the Ephemera packs, (of which there are 3) Tags for the Season, Joyful Images and Joyful sayings (they kind of speak for themselves of what's in each!) I've also used the absolutely gorgeous matching Gold Dipped Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes, and here's what I created.....  I did end up adding a bit of the new Cherry Cobbler and Gold ribbon to some of the cards too and I used a stamp from the new Peaceful Season stamp set in the green reindeer card for the saying.  Hi there Creators It's that time of the month again where I share with you the cards I'll be teaching in my classes next month. Hi There Creators, Today I thought we'd check out the Full of Life Suite more specifically the Friends for Life Bundle .  Oh before I forget there is a Designer Series Paper sale on this month, check out out here: DSP Sale So here are the cards I created, this first one I do in the video, I didn't end up adding anything else to it!  I used the Graceful Greenery Vellum for the window under the heart, such pretty vellum! (in case you don't know the blue underlined bits are links for you to check out the products! 😁 then I went nice & simple with silver and white, and I've left the window without anything in it. Then thought I'd create a wedding card (now I need someone to get engaged or married!🤣)   And lastly figured I should use up the friend cut out from the first card, I had deliberately cut it from the middle of my piece of Garden green If you missed the video here it is: I hope this inspires you to create God Bless love Heather xox
