Hi there Creators
my goodness we're almost into August already! how did that happen?!
Classes next month start this Saturday, 3rd at 10am in Maryborough, then Wednesday 7th at 10.30am in Laanecoorie and Thursday 8th at 10.30am and 7.30pm in Laanecoorie.
So where's the cards Heather?? lol
First up..... I'm so pleased with the way this card turned out, you'd think the background pattern is a Designer Series Paper wouldn't you?, but No! it's stamped using the Verdant Garden Stamp set, lined up (quite easily) on the Stamparatus (how cool!!) I do love green colours
Next up is this card, Ive been so keen to use this new stamp set and dies Tasteful Textures Stamp set, although the dies don't feature on this card (just wait a mo) I do love the fact the saying just fits into the Pretty Label Punch and oh my goodness the ribbon is so beautiful!! it's called Rococo Rose gathered ribbon. I also think the Detailed trio punch works beautifully with this stamp in the corner, - also used for the ribbon holes.
Card #3, uses the dies to match the above stamp set Tasteful Background Dies (see told you I'd get them in here!) lol Also uses the Wish for it All stamp set, and the Daisy Punch and Medium Daisy Punch (love these 2 together) Oh and not forgetting the Sprig punch for the leaves!
And last but not least, as it's Fathers day next month I thought I should add a "male card" so grabbed out my "male'ish" stamp sets.... Geared Up Garage, and Sailing Home I didn't add a saying so that people can decide what they want to add themselves. Not sure if the lighthouse might need a little bit of colour, so it may have changed slightly before Saturday lol Also used the fabulous Stitched Rectangle Dies, and some of the Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Bakers Twine Oh and a spot of brayering in the background!
Look forward to seeing whoever can make it! I'm going to aim to bring some of my scrap bits on Saturday to have a bit of a "Stampin' Up! Jam" after as Ben is working till 3pm so I'll be hanging around till then! So if you're free and fancy hanging around too, bring some blank card bases and use up some of my scraps!
God Bless love

Team Afternoon
Hi everyone,
well today we had a team afternoon, I thought I'd show you all the 2 cards we all made.
First of all I showed the ladies how to create a Magic Slider card, like this (this one I'll be teaching at Bendigo Craft Alive over the 16th/17th and 18th June in a class each day)
those who are in my team will have access to the full video I made of it as it's now on our team FB page. Then I showed them how to use the Lovely Laurel Thinlits to create the inside of cards like this
Lastly we made up a couple of cards with new products:
this first card uses the Pretty Label Punch with the Label Me Pretty Stamp set
And this other card uses the Lovely Words thinlits, and some of the Colour Theory Designer Series Paper, and the new hostess set Background Bits.
We did have fun today! if you fancy joining my team, do ask me for more details, or check out the Page above (Join my team the CreateAbles), there is an exciting Stampin' Up! event coming up in November in Melbourne (so join soon!!)
I hope you're as excited as I am to be able to order from the new catalogue in 2 days time!
and I hope this inspires you to create.

Card for June's Classes
Hi Everyone,
Yea! I'm organised enough to be able to post the cards that we'll be making in June, the dates for classes this month are Saturday 3rd June at 10am in Maryborough, Wednesday 7th at 10.30am in Kangaroo Flat, and Wednesday 7th June 7.30pm in Laanecoorie, I'll confirm that in an email to everyone! I'll also being going down to Geelong well Corio to be exact to do a class down there (that's on Monday 5th June) if you're interested in that class let me know and I'll contact the lady who's organising it to see how much extra space there is.
If you've missed the excitement, the new catalogue is going to be released on 1st June, therefore I have been able to use a heap of *new stuff* how exciting!!
First up is this card using the new Daisy punch, and the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper (so you'll have a choice what goes down the bottom) and there is a lovely stamp set that goes with it too, which is what the saying and the tiny flowers are from "Daisy Delight stamp set".
Card #3 now we're mixing in some of the current stuff with new stuff.... there is this new set of 3 dies "Lovely Words thinlits", behind it I've used the Colour Theory Designer Series Paper, the pretty flower on the right is from a new hostess set called Feathery Friends (makes sense when you see the whole set, lol) and the saying in the left hand corner is from Thoughtful Banners and uses the Duet Banner Punch to cut it out (and yeah I finally got to link something to my store LOL! Oh currently the stamp set and Banner punch come as a bundle till 1st June, so you can get 10% off them with that!
Ok, we're up to the last card! wow doesn't time fly fast! again this is a mixture of new and old (having said that the "old" stamp set is actually new to me) anyway, the saying is from Watercolour Words (oh the computer and I are going to have all sorts of issues with how to spell colour - lol) The other "old" thing is the Balloon bouquet Punch, then we move onto new stuff😀 Wood Words for the bits in the balloons and Seasonal Layer Thinlits for the chair.
The jury is out at the moment as to which is my favourite of these cards, although I'm veering towards the last one with the chair and #2 the Japanese'y' one, which are your favourites?
Oh and please could someone have another go at posting a comment on my blog as I still don't seem to have received any, and I'm a bit worried that my settings aren't right! Thanks
I hope this inspires you to create,
God Bless love

Card #2 is this one using the Colourful Seasons Stamp set, and the Pretty Label Punch, I rather liked the way the flowers on the branch look a bit Japanese'ish', and we'll have fun creating the scallops on the side of the card (trust me......)
