Something Saturday - Brightest Birthday Kit

  Hi there Creators Today we're checking out one of the new kits, I have to say WOW!, maybe it's the holographic blingy bits (ooooo bling....🤣)  if you're a regular reader of my blog or watch my YouTube or Facebook channels then you'll know I can't resist bling.  Anyway check out the kit here: Brightest Birthday Kit And here are the cards it makes.... oh and their matching (also blingy) envelopes. Then you'll notice on the first card with the balloons it has a box that has the holographic outline, which is actually a sticker, so in the video I show you how to get the sticker off and onto a separate piece of card without having to pick it off and re-piece it yourself. And this is the card I made with it:  I probably should have used the same Azure Afternoon colour, but I had this piece of Shy Shamrock hanging around my desk, so chose to use that instead, and seeing as the star stamp hadn't been used I figured I should put it into action.  Its not a bad littl...

December Class Cards

  Hi there Creators Wowsers December already, and Christmas is just round the corner! I made up 4 cards then decided I wasn't happy with one of them, so switched it out for a card that is literally the star of the show!  As it does require a fair bit of cutting on my behalf I really need to know who's coming a few days in advance so I can have the right amount of kits made. Class Dates are Tuesday 3rd Dec in my classroom in Laanecoorie and Saturday 14th Dec at Wattle City Church Maryborough - yes there is a big gap between the 2 due to the Carol Service rehearsal on 7th Dec that I'm in  (so exciting)!  As usual we'll be making 4 cards for a cost of $24. And on to the projects..... Let's start with the "star of the show", A 6 pointed Star Card, using the gorgeous Season of Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper, and the Sweetest Star Punch . Christmas Wreath Special Class

 Hi There Creators, Well it's that time of year again where I do a something slightly different type of class🤣 This year it's a wreath with 4 Christmas Cards using the Sweetest Star Bundle , Season of Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper , Festive Glimmer Paper , cherry cobbler & gold ribbon , and more. Here is the wreath: But wait, there's more, I've made up some cards to use some of the extra materials (and display the stamp set a bit more), and here they are..... If you'd like to join in this workshop you'll need to book by 29th October (not long now)  there are 2 dates either  Saturday 16th Nov or Tues 19th Nov, venue my classroom in Laanecoorie .
