Hi there Creators, Today I thought I'd show off the new Ephemera/ Mix & Match packs in the new Mini Sept to Dec Catalogue. Yay for Christmassy stuff! In the video I just showed off all the components of each: Christmas Greetings Mix & Match specialty Cards & Envelopes (lovely gold foil on them) Greetings for you Mix & Match Ephemera Pack Joyful Days Memories & More Card Pack Christmas Tags & More 6x6" Mix & Match Specialty Designer Series Paper I also mentioned that I'm happy to do up 1/2 packs of these bundled together.  I have worked out the price to be $40 plus postage if I have to mail it out to you.  Let me know if you are interested in this. Also if you're keen to use these, but lack inspiration, I'll be offering a class (see details below the photos).   For these pictures I have just laid the pieces on top of the base cards, not stuck down, but just to check layouts, I've added a bit of the Real Red Shiny ribbon in the first ...

Eureka Stamper Challenge Day 6

Image
Hi Everyone, Woo hoo made it to day 6!  This one was to create something with our favourite current Stampin' Up! item (something that if it went missing we'd really miss!)  Oh my goodness what a condundrum!  I made something, but then of course looked at what others had said, and thought oh yes I'd miss that, and that........ I will admit that I'd have to replace my bigshot if it died (Oh yes I've already done that - lol) however that didn't make it into my card! So this is what did:  Teeny tiny Sentiments, whilst it might not be my favourite item, if I lost it I'd have to replace it because I use it so much!, and my favourite current Stamp is the Arum lily from Remarkable You stamp set , my most used punch is the Duet banner Punch , Oh and of course Wink of Stella - lol, so here's what I came up with:   I have used the Wink of Stella brush to paint on the colour (using it like an aquapainter), with the colour under the banner sayings I have p...

Eureka Stamper Day 4

Image
Hi Everyone Day 4's challenge was to find your oldest Current Stamp set and create something with it. My oldest current stamp set is Lovely as a Tree . While I was thinking of my oldest, still current stuff, I realised that some of my punches I have had practically from day 1 too, my 1 1/4" circle punch and 1" circle punch , so thought I'd use those too :) (hence the circles lol)  I have brayered the background with the sponge brayers , and added some dazzling diamonds stampin' glitter over the top.  And my 2nd oldest still currrent stamp set is Teeny Tiny Sentiments, so that got a show too! The circles are actually inset but not really sure you can tell that, so I probably didn't need to go to the lengths I did to create the card lol (oh well.....) you live and learn! I hope this inspires you to create. God Bless love Heather xox

February 2017 Class Projects

Image
Hi Everyone, Wow we're almost at the end of January!  So here are my class cards for February, class dates are Wednesday 1st Feb at our new home in Kangaroo Flat - Rosedale (10.30am), Saturday 4th Feb in Maryborough (10am), and Wed 8th Feb in Laanecoorie (eve). My mum reminded me that it's Valentines day in Feb, when I was on the phone to her yesterday, so I thought we'd best do something "Valentinesey" but as I'm not big on Valentines day, this one can be dressed up for the occasion, or just for a good friend:   I love the copper foil, and I'm pleased with the way it turned out I think the copper pairs nicely with the Cherry Cobbler colour (felt I'd better use a red for the occasion - lol)  the spots in the background are from one of my favourite Stamp sets " Gorgeous Grunge "And this saying is from " Suite Sentiments " it has some fabulous sayings in it! Ok moving onto the next card:   Yes this one does seem to be 3 ca...
