Something Saturday - Mini Catalogue what's retiring

Image
Hi there Creators, Today I thought I'd show you what's retiring from the Mini Catalogue (and what's being reduced, which isn't much!)  You'll find that lots of bundles are retiring but the products in them aren't, which means that if you want a 10% discount on them you need to buy them before they head into the new catalogue or online as individual items  (of course you could always join my team and get a 20% discount on all your goodies😉) At the end of the video I end up showing off the Forever Love Specialty Designer Series Paper , and something a bit different you can do with it, also the beautiful Gold Foiled Flowers Cards & Envelopes .  And here's what I ended up doing with them: I used some of my Stampin' Blend alcohol markers to colour them in (a little time consuming, but totally worth it!) I ended up deciding to colour in the vanilla background with the pool party markers too, I really like the way it turned out!  with this card I used b

a few simple cards

Hi there, Just thought I'd share a few simple cards I've made recently, as I'm teeing up doing a class for the guys and girls at the Chiropractors that I go to, as I'm totally unsure of their abilities when it comes to crafting, so I'll take these in with me and see what they think: this Waterfront Stamp set is such an easy set to use, to create amazing images with!  Oh and I 've just discovered something really cool, on page 149 in the catalogue there are some cards featured showing this set with 2 inkpads, twine, a clear block and cards with envelopes, and although I'd heard about it I'd not really comprehended that Stampin' Up! have made things really easy and bundled them!!  check it out, Waterfront Cards Supplies set .  Anyway onto the next card This one uses the stamp set that goes with the Calligraphy Essentials Project Kit , Calligraphy Essentials stamp set , then some of the brights colours with daubers.  Nice and easy, and a prett

I thought he teamed up rather well with the Seaside Embossing Folder , what do you think?  Next is this dinky little card made using the Whisper White Narrow Note Cards and Envelopes , and Oh my goodness! the stunning Petal Promenade designer Series Paper , and not forgetting the Darling Label punch box which comes with it

Thankyou card and Tag Card for July

Hi There! Thought I'd share with you the thankyou card and tag that you can make up into a card that I'll be sending out this month to everyone who orders from me.  I was making these as I was on my Stand at Craft Alive in Wodonga, here I am! so I was little limited to what I'd taken with me, which in this case was the Brights and Neutrals Stampin' Write Markers, and some of the new matching Brights ink pads. I'd seen so many beautiful cards made with both these stamp sets, so I succumbed! lol This one uses the Tropical Chic Bundle , Oh wow it's so gorgeous!  I just love the way it cuts out the fronds from the card, and leaves it intact.  And Oh isn't the flower so beautiful?  I've inked it up with 2 of the Stampin' Write markers, then used a dauber to blend the colours together.  I've used the same technique with the leaves, and 3 greens, effective isn't it?  If you want to see it "in the flesh" just make sure you place an
