Class Cards for September Class

Hi there Creators, Well we're 1/2 way through the month already, and Wow I now have 2 separate card Classes sorted for September!  the first is our regular class, which is what this post is about, the other is the special Gingerbread Man & Sophisticated Alternative Cracker class (click the link to see, should open in a new window). Anyway back to our regular class for September, which will be on Friday 5th; 1pm in my classroom and Saturday 7th; 10.30am Maryborough Class cost $25 for the 4 cards. As we'll be 4 months out from Christmas, we'll be making one Christmas card at this class (2 in Oct, 3 in Nov, 4 in Dec) 😃  gotta work your way up to it! Something Saturday - Diamond pop out Card

 Hi There Creators today I'm showing you how to make a diamond pop out card (as per usual I'm not really sure if it has a proper name so that's what I'm calling it!) At the Craft Alive Bendigo show, Bev Anderson the Close to My Heart consultant was teaching this card, and she kindly gave me a kit to try out, I thought it was really cool, so figured sharing is caring! Here's the one she gave me to make:  Then In the video I make this one up using the beautiful Fresh as a Daisy Designer paper, with Garden Green as a mat underneath.  In the video I say that I'll be putting the measurements up on here, so here goes.... Take your A5 base piece of card, fold in 1/2 at 10.5cm, then fold the front in 1/2 again at 5.25cm (or just fold manually and use your bone scorer to flatten it) this will give you 3 sections, the front 2 are the same size.
