Thankyou for joining me today, I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, since 2008. My blog will show you how to make cards and projects using Stampin' Up!'s fabulous products. And occasionally random extra stuff (that's the way I roll 🤣) Please do sign up to receive my emails, so you get my latest info.
Well, last weekend I was away at Stampin' Up! OnStage Conference in Sydney, I had a fabulous time, we stayed in a nice central apartment, around 250m walk to the Hilton which was where OnStage was happening (and considerably cheaper!)
We had sneak peeks of new upcoming goodies (oh my goodness it's so worth being a demonstrator to get to do these things!) We got given the new upcoming catalogue, can't show you the inside just yet - but if you are a demo, you can check it out online already. And if you want a copy, make sure you've placed an order with me in the last 6 months, as I'll be sending them out to anyone who has😉
I had my name a couple of places on the recognition boards and got to do a "Stage walk" for my 200K CSV achievement💖 It's actually really lovely the way Stampin' Up! recognise demos for different milestones.
Very exciting news that 13 years after it was launched, we are finally getting Paper Pumpkin here in Australia! from 1st April. If you are wondering what it is, it's a subscription to a monthly surprise crafting package - designed by Stampin' Up! sent out to you for a set price each month. You can "pay as you go" or you can purchase 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions, great as a gift for crafty friends! We are just learning about it here, and it's fascinating! hopefully this link works to check it out.
And there's a heap of other exciting things that have been revealed to us at OnStage, I'll be emailing about some of these soon, so make sure you're on my email list!
Here are photos of the the goodies I received, I show all these off in the video, but sometimes it's nice to be able to "study" them without them moving across a screen🤣
This first one is my "roomie" gifts, we always, create/purchase something for each of our "roomie's" which is a fabulous tradition.
Then on to the swaps I received:
There's more in the video, so if you haven't already, check it out....
I hope these inspire you to create. And I'll be back next week to show you how to create something (hence "Something Saturday"🤣)
Today I was thinking that you might like to check out all the swaps I received at OnStage (the Stampin' Up! event held in Melbourne a couple of weekends ago. The idea behind it, in case you've never heard of swaps before, is that I create a heap of the same card, and others do the same, then at the event we swap cards to end up with samples of all sorts of different stamp sets, card ideas etc, it's really fun, and I love the diversity of what I receive back!
I show them all off in the video, but in case you wanted to check any out in particular, I've photographed them all in groups of approx 4 (thank goodness I didn't make up 100+ swaps🤣) but it's still a bit of a long post! (and here's the irony, I forgot to take a photo of mine🤣)
So here we go, I'm not going to be giving credit to each individual that made them, but rest assured they are all Stampin' Up! demos😍 (some I don't know who made them, usually you'd put your name on them, but not all of them had that) If you do want to know - just ask me!
And Hey if you want to come to a Stampin' Up! event so you can join in too, why not consider joining my team? The next exciting in person event is in Brisbane March '25 (I can't wait!)
And then I completely forgot about this one in my video, so it gets a special mention! A couple of my team members had made up this for me, using one of the Pillow Boxes from the mini Catalogue, (which are retiring soon - just a heads up!) and the pretty Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper (also retiring soon) If you're on my mailing list you will have received a copy of the retiring list by now, the official discounts will start on 9th April, but if you don't have the list let me know!
And then at the event we had the opportunity to have purchased a stamp & die set (I chose Citrus Blooms) to use at the Thursday evening event, I ended up swapping the stamp set over with the lady next to me (who had Spotlight on Nature) so we could make up samples with "not our set" if that makes sense? (as potentially we could create the same samples once we got home with our goodies!) So here are my samples with her set, and the gray card is one I made up the following day with some other new goodies 😍
