Hi there Creators Today I thought I'd show off the Suitcase Treat Boxes , I think they'd be perfect to gift jewelry in for Christmas or birthdays. This time I decided to decorate it with the  Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper , as I figured if I'm giving jewelry then it's likely to be for a girl, and this is very pink!🤣  Also essentials when doing this sort of thing are  Tombow Adhesive , as it gives you just a little bit of wiggle room when sticking down the elements, the  Take your pick tool , so useful for any projects but owing to needing to cut a small section out for the handle to poke through you can screw off the sticky end and and add in ..... Take your pick crafter tips 3 different tips one of which happens to be a blade.  lastly I finished it off with the  Pretty in Pink Bordered Ribbon  (which is definitely still current having checked it!) So as you can see I ended up making a card to match with some of the off cuts that were...

Something Saturday - Rainbow shaker glitter card

Hi There Creators, If you watched the video you'll know I'm so chuffed with this card!  The glitter shakes freely, and I think it's amazing 😍  Sadly the glitter is a throwback from several years ago, but everything else is still current Brilliant Rainbow Dies / Stampin' Blends (various)/ Party Puffins (for the saying)/ with Stampin' Write Markers (to colour the stamp), and the most useful bits the Foam Adhesive Strips and Window Sheeting Ok, well I guess you want to see what all the fuss is about.....      I did put an overlay on the video at one part to say that I've worked out another way of adding the glitter, and I'd add it to this post, so here goes.... First up cut the big rainbow out of white cardstock (I used 10cm x 14.5cm) colour the cut pieces (I used my Stampin' Blends - alcohol markers to get a even graded look) lay (don't stick) the die cut white piece over your base card and slot in the coloured pieces, gluing them in place then rem...

Party Puffins, Cards for June class

Hi there Creators,  I thought for a change this month we'd do some kids cards, Sam (10)  has been to a couple of parties recently, and I've really enjoyed using this stamp set making up cards for them.  The Party Puffins are so cute! (I'm pretty sure they'd appeal to big kids too lol) So here we go..... Card 1:  I like doing fancy fold cards and they're always a winner with kids! Card 2:  Sparkly stuff!, also a winner with kids lol, I've used some of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper with this card, so pretty!, and as it's rainbow there's also a greeny/blue section which would work nicely for a boy! (and these sparkles don't get everywhere, bonus!)   Card #3 also uses a bit more of the sparkly Rainbow Glimmer Paper behind the vellum heart (some of the green this time!)  A spot of masking and you have a heap of small cute puffins! And the last card I thought would be fun to showcase the candles, if you coloured the candles in pinks I reckon it would ma...
