February 2025 Class Cards

  Hi there Creators My goodness over 1/2 way through January!, so I figured seeing as I've made them I'd best share my class cards for Feb.  Classes are Friday 7th at 1pm in my classroom Laanecoorie and Saturday 8th at 10.30am at Wattle City Church Argyle Road, Maryborough.  Class cost is $24 for 4 cards I thought we'd better make the most of the Sale-a-Bration goodies, so this is Heart Shaped Bundle (stamps & dies) that you can get for free with an order of $200, it is a pretty bundle!  I've teamed it up with the new Antique Pearls this next one uses the rather cool Linked Together Decorative Masks and also the saying from With You in Mind (I rather like nice large sayings for cards and this one has a few! Colour INKspiration Pre-Challenge

Hi Everyone, I was invited to join a group called Colour INKspiration , which will be doing a bi-monthly colour challenge, the first (pre) one is for these colours:  Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight and Mint Macaron. So off I went to my Craft room... (and an idea brewed.......) I really wanted to be able to use this die from the So In Love bundle, but not cut with it, just use it to emboss, and this is what developed from that idea - I love it!  I've paired it with the Sale-a-Bration set Designer Tees, because I just love this saying "Don't quit your daydream". The other thing I really love about this card is actually the way the paper has split slightly and it gives it that variegated colour, sort of reminds me of dyed silk: So then of course I had to see if the other 2 dies in the set would look as good! first up came this one: although I have to say the cutting out of it was bloomin' fiddly!, but I like it, I've used the matching stamp set S...

Sneak Peek Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration

Hi Everyone, As I said in the last post Jenny came over today, and created the 3 cards that I showed you, and drum roll please here is my 1 card! lol This card uses some of the beautiful Sale-a-Bration "Inside the Lines" Designer Series Paper, it's designed as a black and white image that you colour in  (as Jenny was saying, how's your colouring-in therapy going?) I enjoyed colouring it in, this is just a section of the 12x12 sheet, and there are 4 different designs.  Then again, with the Sale-a-bration products the saying comes from a cute stamp set called "Designer Tee"  I just love this particular saying , Don't Quit your Daydream ;) Sale-A-Bration (SAB) starts on 4th January, for every $90 you spend on regular products you get to pick a SAB product for FREE (yay!)  there are also perks for hosting a workshop, and for joining - ask me!
