Something Saturday - Triple Ripped Card

Image
Hi there Creators I saw a quick link thingo of a card on Facebook, and sort of noted what she did - which was really cool, so set about having a go and I have no idea if it's the same as I can't remember what it was called or who had done it, but it worked out well anyway, and now I get to share it with you🤣 So here we are...... You might recognise this one as it's one in my "card conglomerate" of Mega Class cards for 19th July (if you're keen to come to the Mega class or get it as a mail order class, you've got till 2nd July to book your spot) check out the blog post on the class here: July Mega Class Then in the video I made up the "bones" of this card, which I've then stamped up using the Inspiring Imperfections bundle (great stamp set & dies) For the base I've used the Misty Moonlight two-tone cardstock, it's kind of cool as it has the same colour on both sides, just one light and one darker.  I've cut this to 9" x ...

Petal Passion Suite

Image
Hi! Today I've been playing around with Petal Passion (quite possibly my favourite suite from the new Occasions catalogue), it has not only Petal Palette Stamp set, and Petals and More Thinlits, but it also has absolutely gorgeous Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (haven't used that much yet), Petal Pair Embossing folders , some pretty Petal Passion Embellishments , AND Petal Passion Memories and More Card Pack .  It doesn't come as a complete bundle, so you can pick and choose (but of course I ended up with it all lol) However you're not here to hear me waffle on, so on to the cards! I'll start off today with the Petal Passion Memories and More Pack this can make some beautiful cards (you could even use it for scrapbooking lol) this first card uses one of the accent sheets, a small card and the heart sticker (with a touch of Clear Wink of Stella - I've used it as a paint brush, and picked up a bit of Blushing Bride colour from the lid of the ink pa...

Tag Card for December

But first what's in it? The tag is kind of small! it uses the cute Tabs for Everything Stamp set , plus the 3/4" circle punch , the 1"circle punch and the new (next month) 1 1/8" scallop circle punch. Then the card itself uses a couple of new (next month) dies from a suite called Petal Passion, and also some new lovely silver bakers twine. To put your card together, first attach the green leaves (I used Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive ) also add the white flowers and leaves die cuts to 2 corners.  Take the twine, and wrap it round 3 fingers, then twist it in the middle, and attach it to the back of your tag (I used Tear & Tape Adhesive to do this), then I've added a dimensional to make it stand out a bit and attached to the card. And Voila! your...
