Hi there Creators
As you would know if you keep up with my blog, my pre-order goodies arrived for the new Annual Catalogue the other day, I haven't had much of a chance to play with them. However as I was cutting up the gorgeous Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper into 3 x 4" rectangles, I figured I might as well make up some cards with them. This is (currently) my favourite paper from the new upcoming catalogue, add a couple of the new In colours (Misty Moonlight and Just Jade, and one of the 2019-2021 In colours Pretty Peacock) so here we go.....
you can see I've paired up a couple of the cards with the new Jar punch and the saying "Sending you a Paper Hug" from the new stamp set Comfort and Hope. I love the way you can have the punched out jar full size or any other size (the little ones turn out so cute!)
Thought I'd also show you a card I made up with the "Comfort and Hope" stamp set, as it's quite a grungy stamp set.
You could easily make up a set of cards like this with any of your favourite patterned cardstocks, I used 3x4" pieces then layered them on top of plain card that blended well, then used pieces of other blending colours and ribbons to either mat under them or create interest
I hope this inspires you to find some pretty patterned papers and have a go too!
God Bless love

4 Card Fundraiser Kit
Hi there Creators,
For those who've been around my blog for quite a while will know that every so often I do a fundraiser for Collective 61, which was formed by the Enjoy Church Womens' section of the ministry (called Bloom) . This supports 4 charities which work to address the root cause of human trafficking, in specific ways. the 4 Charities are: Chab Dai, Mothers Heart, Children in Families and Daughters.
"All forms of trafficking and modern slavery rob people of their choices and identity, leaving them with shame and stigma. For the individuals being empowered by Collective 61, it is their opportunity to see the stigma, labels and hopelessness they face replaced with true identity, value and hope for the future."
So to raise some funds towards Collective 61, I do a "card-making" fundraiser every so often.
I have designed 4 cards, and they have gorgeous matching envelopes. I have 16 kits only, so first come first served!
I will donate all the proceeds after costs to Collective 61. I'm hoping that all 16 kits sell, so I can donate $250 to Collective 61! Oh, might help if I tell you that the cost of the kit is $20 with $2.10 for postage. If I can get it to you without needing to post it then you'll save the $2.10.
These are the 4 cards:
If you would like to order a kit for yourself, please contact me for payment details. There is no stamping involved with these cards, you'll only need glue to put them together, all the pieces will be die cut and ready to go. There will be instructions on how to assemble your cards.
Please do share this around so all the kits will sell, thanks
I hope even if you don't order a kit that these cards inspire you to create in your own space!
God Bless love
Heather

Annual Catalogue Unboxing video
Hi there Creators,
I was watching someone else's "unboxing" video a couple of days ago, and really enjoyed it, so I thought, umm maybe I should do that too, for you all. I had to wait overnight before I did this video, which meant I didn't see the goodies till you did (Oh my goodness that was hard waiting lol). Having said that I thought it was a fun experiment to share it with you. I hope you do too......
Enjoy

Just a spot of gorgeous papers!
Hi there Creators,
Well I was looking through my stache of Designer Series Papers (DSP), and came across quite a few scraps in my Bird Ballad DSP file (my DSP's live in clear files), and as I really needed some "therapy crafting time" I decided to make up a few cards with some of the scraps (Oh my goodness there is still so much more lol) I got through 8 cards by the time I had to go and do something else!
Anyway I thought I'd share......
You might notice it's the same saying in each one, partly because I love this "sending hugs" from Perfectly Framed Stamp set (which is also on the retiring list and has been reduced from $28 down to $11.20, but it's on low inventory, so if you want it get it asap!) and partly because it was all about the paper and I couldn't be bothered to find another saying, I've also used the same punch "Label Me Fancy Punch" for the inside and outside of the label bits, just reduced the size of it for the saying and left it whole (in some cases) for the outer part
Oh isn't this paper so pretty? it's on the retiring list and it's reduced!! bonus, $20 for a pack of 12 papers is now down to $16 the papers are 12"x12" If you want to check it out click on this link: Bird Ballad DSP.
I hope these inspire you to (either purchase the pack of DSP lol) or just play around with the papers you have at home.
God Bless love

3D Card kit for May 2020
Hi there Creators,
A couple of months ago I made up a card for a friend who was having a baby, I used one of my retired sets that I'm still quite fond of I think it's called bookcase builder, I aired it on Facebook and a couple of people said "Ooo I'd love to make that...." however as it uses retired stock, and I'm not allowed in my Stampin' Up! contract to stamp images for others to use, I've re-vamped it with current dies and embossing folders, and they should work with whatever stamps you have on hand, thought you might like to see my original card first:
If you're on my email list, I did elude to the fact that I had made up a couple of 3D cards that I wanted to make into a kit for you, for some reason I keep putting it off, so I'm now "biting the bullet" as it were, and here they are.......(drum roll please......)
First up the "Lady's Boudoir"
then "Mens Shed"
I hope these inspire you to create in your own "isolation" space!
And I hope you all stay safe and well!
God Bless love

ClassCards@Home May 2020
Hi there Creators,
If you order my ClassCards@Home kit this month you'll be receiving these cards to create at home, for each of these, you'll need to use your own Stamps, Inks and Glues but I'll be providing all the papers pre-cut along with instructions and videos. Click on the link below by Friday 1st May to order and pay for your kit, I will get the kits all organised over that weekend and mail them out on Monday 4th.
With Mothers day on the horizon, I thought this might be suitable with a appropriate saying, you'll be choosing a colour and saying that you have at home. This card uses the beautiful Tasteful background dies, and the really pretty Woven Threads Sequin Assortment. Oh and also the Stitched rectangle dies. I've called this card "Tasteful Things"
Bear in mind that all these cards use your own stamps and inks to put in the sayings.
Here is the secure link for payment for the kit of all 4 cards: May ClassCards@Home Kit
If you'd like extra's of some cards, or would prefer to have individual kits, please get in touch with me.
I hope you can join us to do this ClassCards@Home class, if not I hope this post inspires you to create at home!

Card #2 could also be used as a Mothers Day card if you wanted to, this one uses the Tropical thinlits, and I did discover that the Label Me Fancy Punch does sit nicely on top of the Timeless Label Punch - Yea! I've called this one "Timeless Tropical"
Then I thought we might do a couple of "blokey" cards, although this one would equally suit a female. I've used the Smooth Sailing dies, and made the frame using the Stitched Rectangle Dies, also used the Subtle 3D embossing folder, you'll need to have a blue to daub on for the ocean.
This one is called "Hopeful Fish"
And this last card uses the Garage Gears Dies, you'll need either black or dark grey ink for this it's a little difficult to get a good photo when silver foil card-stock is used!
Last but not least this is called "Geared Birthday"
Bear in mind that all these cards use your own stamps and inks to put in the sayings.

How to stamp on your tags
Hi Creators,
I mentioned in one of the last videos that I should show you how to line up what you want to stamp on the pre-cut tags, so I've done another video for you!, it's just a short one. It's kind of awkward sometimes getting the stamp exactly where you want it, I have used the Stamparatus to achieve this, if you don't have one trust me it's so worth the investment! if you don't have one click on this link to check it out: Stamparatus
And now for the video......
I hope it makes sense to you, if not let me know!, and if you want to see any other ways of using the stamparatus just let me know.
Happy Creating
