Something Saturday - DSP & Blends

Hi There Creators Today I thought I'd show off an idea that Claire our Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Development Manager showed us in a workshop the other day, I took it a bit further in one of my cards, let me know which card is your favourite! If you'd like to see all the goodies I used on these cards click here:  DSP & Blends Turtles Cards Here are the cards I ended up creating The first 2 I've just used the blends to go round each of the images on the designer paper, I really love the way the images get highlighted from it, almost a "stained glass effect" This first card I also used the blend on the white card base under the Designer Paper to give a border This second card I used the Blend around the edge of the Designer paper to draw a line  (I did use a ruler to do this!) again to create a border. June Class Cards

 Hi there Creators,

Just a quick plug, if you're reading this and it's still May, there is an AMAZING joining offer, check it out here: Join Heather's Team

I have June's cards worked out, and ready to go 😁  there's a heap of new goodies in this line up.  Class dates are:

  • Tues 4th at 12.30pm (or as close to that as possible) in Laanecoorie,
  • Thursday 6th at 7pm in Laanecoorie, and
  • Saturday 8th at 10.30am in Maryborough.

Let's get to it, here are the cards and what I've used:

This first one uses one of the Online only embossing folders Fun Patterns, and some of the Countryside Inn Designer Paper, which has been around since last year too (so lovely it stayed!)  And also the Something Fancy Stamp set (also a keeper from last year, I love this particular saying!)

Next up is the Citrus Blooms Bundle, this was on my list because of the amazing dies! (plus we have an orange tree in our back garden)

Then the So Swirly Embossing folder (which incidentally is A5 sized!, it's feels so big🤣)  Oh and the Simply Said Stamp set, such a useful one with handy sayings.

Then last but not least this fun card using the Round we Go Bundle (and who can resist the new In Colour Glimmer Paper?)

I hope you can come and join us, do let me know if you plan to, as the space is limited in my classroom, and if you can't join in, I hope these inspire you to create.

God Bless love
