Hi there Creators, Today I thought we'd take a look at one of the new Kits that Stampin' Up! has brought out, it's really fun!, the name "honeycomb" kind of gives it away🤣 There are 9 cards to create, and it's a nice simple kit, would make an excellent gift for anyone who is thinking of starting off with card-making, there's no stamping involved - it's all "stick it together" and everything is included to do this. At $32 it works out to $3.56 per card (which let's face it is pretty cheap for a card these days!) So here are the cards you can make (3 of each): Don't you just love the matching envelopes? The front of each card has clear embossed shiny bits on it (most obvious on the rainbow card at the top! with my photography) And there you have it, I haven't had the chance to play around and see what else I can create with this kit yet, so if you get it and do play around, let me know what you do! Hi there Creators,

Anyway moving on to the scrapbooking, I can't say I'm an expert at this, it's definitely not my favourite thing, but, I volunteered to create a scrapbook of our Carol service as a gift for someone. I have these bright ideas sometimes 🤣 Although actually I quite enjoyed making these sheets up in the video and I've had a few more ideas for the pictures with songs connected to the photos.
The first page is this one: not made in video - and as you can see it's remarkably simple!
Then I made this one up in the video, I decided the streamers from the Beautiful Balloons Bundle would look good in the background, and I'm happy I did do that, then some of the balloons to go with it, it's such a fun page with the little kids section of the service. Then the other side of the spread is this one, I've tried to connect up the streamers so it works across the 2 pages.
They are fairly basic, although I'm quite chuffed with my use of the Decorative Circle punch to create an interest in the corners of the photo on the blue page.
I tend to think the whole purpose of scrapbooking is to preserve the memories in photo form, and these will also have cards in the gaps, that those involved in the carol service are writing on, so I'm not really big on lots of embellishments, although we'll see how the other pages come out if I get more adventurous!

Hi there Creators Well.... I found this amazing card on Pinterest (as you do) and thought I've got to have a go at that! it's by Mixed Up Craft, and here's the link: Tricorn Style Fold Card in case you want to see it too, I made mine up from an A5 card as I really hate to waste cardstock by cutting it to inches! So at some point I might do up a quick video just to convert it to A4 format for you! Anyway after doing up my draft I then proceeded onto my "proper card" and all was going well till I realised I'd scored it all wrong lol, however as I really don't like to waste cardstock I persevered on with it, and I really liked what I accidentally made, so I figured I'd share it with you, I'm pretty confident you won't find this anywhere else, and if you have a more inspiring name for it than my fancy fold mistake card, please let me know! Hi there Creators, I've been waiting ages, but finally this stamp set has arrived and it's every bit as cute as I expected it to be! So of course I had to play with it....... First up I stamped all the images using Black Stazon (they come in strips of 3 to match the dies) and cut them out with the big joined together die. Then got to work creating cards with them, I ended up with 5 cards in the end, Oh and I've just realised I forgot to take photos of the insides, bother! This first one didn't get anything on the inside, I stamped the tag up, then debated what I could do to lessen the impact of the white card, and came up with the idea of inking the little label then stamping it a few times without reinking, and repeating till the card was covered sufficiently. Hi there Creators, I have joined a Facebook group called Crafty Collaborations, which is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator only group, demos all round the world, and there are various blog hops to join in with, which I thought sounded fun and might prompt me to remember to do blog posts lol! The "Share it Sunday" is an, anything goes one, which I figured was a great start for me! Today I thought I'd share with you a bit of a sneak peek! Coming in January is our new Jan to July Mini catalogue and there is this AMAZING suite in it called Fine Art Floral, so beautiful! I've made 3 cards up and kind of ended up a bit "blue" not in feelings though - you'll see.... lol The first card is this one: I love the way it's got the 2 step stamping in the flower I've used one of the gorgeous Blue gems in the middle and bit of Wink of Stella on the flower too.
