Woo Hoo I'm going to be holding a crafting retreat in April 2027.

Accommodation is provided (there is limited numbers of rooms/beds) some meals let me know asap if you want more info or want to book!  It's going to be fun🤩🥳🎉🎈

here are the details, and a more realistic way of spreading out the cost of the retreat:

📅 Retreat Dates:

Monday 12th April 2pm – Wednesday 14th April 12 noon 2027

📍 Location:

Inglewood Motel and Caravan Park

✂️ Choose Your Creative Stream:

• Cardmaking
• Scrapbooking

💕 Retreat Investment:

$560 total

To make this more manageable, payments can be split into 8 monthly instalments of $70.

💳 Payment Schedule:

• Deposit (1st payment) : Due by 30th July 2026 (non- refundable secures your place)
• 2nd payment: Due by 30th August 2026
• 3rd payment: Due by 30th September 2026
• 4th payment: Due by 30th October 2026
• 5th payment: Due by 30th November 2026
• 6th payment: Due by 30th December 2026
• 7th payment: Due by 30th January 2027
• 8th payment: Due by 28th February 2027

📌 Cancellation Policy:

• Up until 28th February 2027: Full refund minus $70 deposit
• 29th Feb – 8th March 2027: $270 refund (provided all instalments have been paid)
• After 15th March 2027: No refund

If you need to cancel after 29th Feb, you’ll still receive:

• Your retreat products
• Extra gifts
• Make & Takes
• Full instructions mailed or delivered to you

🍽️ Food Details:

• BYO breakfast
• Snacks, Monday evening meal and Tuesday Lunch, will be provided
• Tuesday evening: We’ll head out to the local pub for dinner / or grab fish & chips depending on if the Pub is still open! (own cost)
• If you have specific dietary needs, please discuss them with me so we can work out the best options for you

🛏️ Accommodation:

You may be sharing a room with one or two fellow crafters, however you will have your own bed.😃
Spots are limited to just 11 participants, (unless you'd like to bring a caravan, if so chat to me about the cost) so early booking is essential!

🎨 Retreat Projects:

I won’t be able to confirm exactly what we’ll be making until much closer to the date, but rest assured there will be plenty of crafting to keep you busy.  You will need to bring your own cutter/scorer, glues, stamping blocks and other crafting tools you like to use.

And if you’re a speedy Gonzales crafter, feel free to bring along a few of your own UFOs (unfinished objects/projects) too!

Your first non-refundable payment secures your spot, and with such limited places available, I expect these spots to fill quickly.

This retreat is going to be a wonderful opportunity to relax, create, laugh, and spend quality time with fellow crafty ladies.
