Something Saturday - Fancy Fold Card

-

Hi There Creators

Today I'm showing off an old card fold I created a few years back, and had a request to do a video on it, - Yay love requests💖 if you would like to see anything in particular do let me know! Also if you don't get my emails, make sure you sign up, then I can connect with you and send you updates and specials that are happening!

This is the card I created this time: using the Gingerbread Man Bundle

I said I'd share the measurements with you, but figured it might be helpful just to post the full instructions I have from the last card I made, when you look at them, just bear in mind that I've used a different "wave" look background on the finished card to the ones on the 2nd page (not sure why but it was 3 years ago🤣)

Here are my original instructions:

However if you missed the video, and want to see it in action, here it is:
Do let me know if you make one of these, and send me a photo, I love seeing what people have created 😍
I hope this inspires you to create.

God bless love

Something Saturday - Twisted Star Ornament

-
Image
Hi there Creators I saw this cool star ornament in another video, and had a bit of a play around with it, ending up with this.... (with a retired Designer Series Paper) Then I ended up making this one (somewhat puffier 🤣) in the video with the current Natures Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper  Ok, to make this you'll need 16 strips of 15cm x 1cm Designer Paper & glue (I used tombow) Use 8 of the pieces for each side of the star, you twist them like a Breast Cancer ribbon, but with a small "head section" and have a gap of around 4cm at the free end, and around 4cm of the 2 free arms (if that makes sense, it should if you've seen the video!) you then glue 8 of the "heads" together to make the middle of the star then the tails glue together to form the points. once you've made up 2 of these, you then glue them back to back, adding a piece of twine into the last point If you missed the video here it is:  I hope this inspires you to create one t...

Then this card is a small one, using the same stamp set "Simply Said" , a sticker and some more of the Riversid...

Something Saturday - Bit of a Sneak Peek

Image
Hi Creators I thought I'd show off a couple of the new Designer Series Papers coming up in the new Annual Catalogue.  The catalogue will "go live" for customers on 6th May, but if you want to get your hands on some of these goodies earlier you could join my team (and like me order them early!)😁 Joining is so easy, you pick out $235 of goodies (you can pick from the brand new stuff too) and only pay $169 (how's that for a deal?!)  You then get an ongoing discount on all your orders of 20%, plus you also qualify for the free 10% of any $35+ orders to spend on a future order (in essence giving you a 30% minimum saving) Win, Win!  The requirement after that to remain a "demo" is to order (through your own and /or others orders) around $470 per quarter, works out to just under $160 month (about $40 a week)  not so bad when you work it out to a weekly amount is it🤣  Anyway if your interest is "Piqued" ask me or check out more here: Join my team . On t...
