Now back to todays sharing's I have used the Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Paper (so pretty!)

I have scored my cardstock first using my Stampin' Trimmer, then created score lines 1/2" apart, and cut my Designer Paper to 1cm pieces, which then fits nicely into the 1/2" slots, anyway this is what I created initially: I've used the words from Traditional Labels Stamp set for this card, and what's a Christmas Card without bling?  I picked out the faceted Snowflakes (mainly because they're new and just arrived🀣)  You absolutely need the Paper Trimmer if you want to create even score lines!

Then I discovered that I had some extra bits that got cut off from the sides, and so I created this.....

I'm hoping they kind of look like Christmas Trees, you know the ones people make using packing crates?  Am I stretching the imagination too much? this time I've used the aptly named Merry Christmas Stamp.

then I moved onto making the video and created these 2, I think the scored lines show up better on the white cardstock.

and this time as I was actually concentrating, I managed to get the cut off pieces even, so I could get 2 even looking trees for this second card.

Something Saturday - North Pole Delivery

 Hi there Creators

Just quickly, don't forget that during October, you can join Stampin’ Up! and my friendly team, The CreateAbles, and choose from two incredible options:

Get $235 AUD worth of products for only $60 AUD! (Wowsers — what a deal!)
Get $344 AUD worth of products for just $169 AUD!

πŸ‘‰ Find out more or join here:

Today I decided to play around with the fabulous North Pole DeliverySpecialty Designer Series Papers, they are “Specialty” because 2 sheets are pop out images (so cool to add to a card or scrapbook!) and the Traditional Labels Bundle

I may have got carried away and created 4 (very easy) cards from this fabulous pack😍

This first card is the one I created in the video for this card I also brought out the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper (ooo if you love glimmer this is a "must have")

Then I moved onto this one, and cut the cars out, you can use the ones on the edge of the paper which is what I did with the green car, and just drew dotted lines onto the base card.  I also discovered that it doesn’t take much to separate the outer layer of the die cut tag from the inside, so that’s what I did to get the double line look

Next up I used some of the push out pieces over top of this piece, the Garden Green mat is 10cm x 14.3cm, then the Designer Paper is 5mm shorter again, so 9.5cm x 13.8cm

And lastly, I’ve used one of the cut off sections from my first card, and popped this other piece underneath, can’t actually remember the sizing on this one, and we’re currently away in the caravan in South Australia (sorry!)

Something Saturday - Shepherd's Care Paper Tole type

 Hi There Creators

Well I am using the same gorgeous Stamp set as last week, and I really wanted to see how it would look if it was built up, the idea with Paper Tole is you stamp the same image multiple times and layer it so the layers that would look like they are on the top are actually the ones that get layered up.  It can also be called "Piecing" but generally those layers are kept flat.

But just before we get into it, have you ever thought it would be amazing to get a heap of Stampin' Up! goodies at bargain prices?  Now's your chance till end of October! Join my team using one of these links, and get an ongoing 20% discount (and the 10% rewards for orders over $35) How can you lose?!  Ask me about it😊(should be a link on the photos, but just in case: Join the CreateAbles Team)

Check out all the goodies I used for this card here: What Heather Used.  And bear in mind that this set will only last till Christmas, as it is red rubber, and all the red rubber sets are gradually being depleted and deleted, the next annual catalogue will be Photopolymer only.

I'm really happy with the way it turned out, although if I repeated it I might even up the Shepherds "dress" on dimensionals first, then pop everything else up a second layer higher.  love the way the little lambs look with using the basic beige colour for them, although on reflection it might have been worth adding a shadow of colour under them both to make them stand out more (always think of these things in retrospect 🀣)
