Hi Everyone,
What do you think is Emerald Envy the colour to use for Christmas? I inadvertently ended up with a new Stamp set on Saturday, when we discovered that we'd ordered a wood set instead of a Clear mount set for someone, so I happily paid her for the difference, and skipped away with the wood mount set lol (ok, yes I will order the clear set for her to replace it lol)
Anyway the set is "Every Good Wish" which I've been looking at in the holiday catalogue and umming and ahhing if I should buy it, so Yay! I now have it!
Got to work with it today and created these:
they ended up just a tad Emerald Envy'ish! Which strikes me as very Christmassy. I've actually gone with In colours all the way with these 4 cards (and managed to use all the stamps in the set - go me!) So the Red/pinky colour is Berry Bliss, the orange'y colour is Peekaboo Peach in the first card, I kind of felt that Peace needs a blue or green, Love is red or pink, and Joy is definitely orange! (does anyone else have that opinion or is it just me?)
Let me know what you think, and I hope this has inspired you to make the most of your stamp sets!
God bless love
