Something Saturday - Cascading Pleated Fold Card

 Hi There Creators, I promised when I was showing off my swap cards from OnStage that I'd work out how to create a couple of cards I received. So, here we go, I have discovered they're called Cascading Pleated Fold Cards! (good start) Here are my 2 cards I made using this technique, I figured I could have a go at both landscape and portrait cards. 😍 The first one is made using the absolutely gorgeous Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper . It took a bit of cutting to get it right as I wanted each scene in front to echo the scene behind, but I think I got it! Then the card I made up in the video ended up like this, I've used the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper (which is happily continuing onto the next catalogue!), and the Ice Cream Swirl Bundle (again continuing on)   Although Sam (Mr 13 year old) did ask what flavour ice-cream is that meant to be?  I said Chocolate & Boysenberry (Hummm, Ok Mum....) 🤣 Anyway on to the measurements.... Interactive Cards Class for February

For my February Interactive Cards Class on Tuesday 20th Feb, I will be teaching Twist'n'Pop Cards, this will be available as a kit for those who can't make it to the class (the only part I can't provide you with is the stamped images)  All the cardstock will be cut and scored for you and there will be instructions included.
Here are the cards:

The Designer Series Papers used may vary from card to card, in the first card we'll be using the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper,  The Happy Birthday will be die cut for you using the Happy Birthday Thinlits die cut from the stunning Myths and Magic Glimmer Paper and the cute Pandas are stamped images cut out (the Party Pandas stamp set is available for FREE when you order $90+ until the 31st March)
In the second card we'll be using the Tutti Fruity Designer Series Paper, the Celebrate You thinlit dies (which are available for FREE with an order of $180+) Also the Pretty Label Punch, and the fun Bird stamped images are from Bird Banter Stamp set (just love these birds and sayings!) And I think at $30 for 19 stamps it's a complete bargain!
I'm uploading a couple of videos of opening the cards below (hopefully they work!)
If you are interested in joining the class I have one in the morning at 10.30am and one in the evening at 7.30pm in Laanecoorie Class cost is $20.  Otherwise I can mail this pack out to you, cost for the pack is $15 with $2 postage ($17 all up)

Hi there Creators Well.... I found this amazing card on Pinterest (as you do) and thought I've got to have a go at that! it's by Mixed Up Craft, and here's the link: Tricorn Style Fold Card in case you want to see it too, I made mine up from an A5 card as I really hate to waste cardstock by cutting it to inches!  So at some point I might do up a quick video just to convert it to A4 format for you! Celebration of Tags

 Hi there Creators, I've been waiting ages, but finally this stamp set has arrived and it's every bit as cute as I expected it to be! So of course I had to play with it....... First up I stamped all the images using Black Stazon (they come in strips of 3 to match the dies) and cut them out with the big joined together die.  Then got to work creating cards with them, I ended up with 5 cards in the end, Oh and I've just realised I forgot to take photos of the insides, bother! This first one didn't get anything on the inside, I stamped the tag up, then debated what I could do to lessen the impact of the white card, and came up with the idea of inking the little label then stamping it a few times without reinking, and repeating till the card was covered sufficiently.  I'm quite pleased with the effect I got!   This second card is such a fun kid card, you might recognise it from my previous post on Global Design Project #264.  I've tied the ribbon at the end, then th

 Hi there Creators, I have joined a Facebook group called Crafty Collaborations, which is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator only group, demos all round the world, and there are various blog hops to join in with, which I thought sounded fun and might prompt me to remember to do blog posts lol! The "Share it Sunday" is an, anything goes one, which I figured was a great start for me! Today I thought I'd share with you a bit of a sneak peek!  Coming in January is our new Jan to July Mini catalogue and there is this AMAZING suite in it called Fine Art Floral, so beautiful! I've made 3 cards up and kind of ended up a bit "blue" not in feelings though - you'll see.... lol The first card is this one: I love the way it's got the 2 step stamping in the flower I've used one of the gorgeous Blue gems in the middle and bit of Wink of Stella on the flower too.
