Something Saturday - DSP & Blends

 Hi There Creators Today I thought I'd show off an idea that Claire our Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Development Manager showed us in a workshop the other day, I took it a bit further in one of my cards, let me know which card is your favourite! If you'd like to see all the goodies I used on these cards click here:  DSP & Blends Turtles Cards Here are the cards I ended up creating The first 2 I've just used the blends to go round each of the images on the designer paper, I really love the way the images get highlighted from it, almost a "stained glass effect" This first card I also used the blend on the white card base under the Designer Paper to give a border This second card I used the Blend around the edge of the Designer paper to draw a line  (I did use a ruler to do this!) again to create a border. Something Saturday - Magic Slider Card

 Hi There Creators, Today I'm showing how I make a magic slider card, here is the original one I made up using the Bright & Beautiful Suite :   with the stamps I've used my Brights Stampin' Write Marker s to create the rainbow effect by colouring directly onto the stamps, then you huff on the stamp to put moisture back onto it, then stamp it. Then this is the one I made up in the video using the Online Exclusive Trucking Along Bundle , so cool, it's a punch and stamp set.   I've used the Gold Celebrations Specialty Designer Series "paper" I'd call it acetate!  as I thought it was kind of fun having the printed acetate instead of plain, and there's a bonus that one side is gold and the other is silver 😊  I've also stamped directly onto the Herringbone Ribbon , I love that you can do that with this ribbon as it's quite smooth, and wide. Magic Slider card using Delicate Dahlias

 Hi there Creators,  my "Something Saturday" video this Saturday was on this Magic Slider Card, in the video I mention that I'll pop the instructions/measurements here too. However first up the photo....  As you can see I ended up making it in 3 different colours, I just think it's so pretty using the Delicate Dahilas stamp set!  Remember you only have until the end of this month (September) to get this stamp set as it's one of the Sale-a-Bration sets, to get it for free you need to purchase $180 of goodies then you can pick it for Free!  I promised the dimensions and I've done a Photgraphic "journey" of some of the way I've made it, so I'll pop this below, If you want to see the products I've used click on the links at the bottom and you can easily add the ones you need to your shopping card.
