Something Saturday - Christmas Favours Boxes

Image
Hi there Creators Today I thought I'd show off these little Christmas Favours Boxes.  Rose came to class the other day with one and I forgot to take photos, but I think this is pretty similar, so cute! The link to all the products used can be found here:  Christmas Boxes products used (if you're reading this let me know if this makes it easier to see the products used, I usually put up individual links for everything but thought I'd try something new, and potentially easier!) Anyway onto the photos..... the front: The lift up flap at the front The Back And I wanted to show off the gorgeous little "Low Profile Sparkle Dots", not sure if it really shows up as well as it could I've just realised in all the photos you don't really see the box! That's ironic! so here's one of the box! Right now I can give you the measurements for the box! Really simple: 12cm x 12cm, then score in each side by 4cm. then cut as shown: fold in the flaps and glue togethe...

3D train

Hi there, well with Bendigo Craft Alive looming on the horizon this weekend (by the way - watch Weekend Sunrise as they will be broadcasting from the show!! let me know if you see us on it!) Yes! the Cookie Cutter Christmas has a reindeer in it! Cut the reindeer and Santa out with the matching Cookie Cutter Builder Punch (yay for punches!)  I was so pleased with the way this turned out, even Tom (the hubbie) was impressed! (he's insistent that I tell you the "smoke" was his idea lol) although I was the one that had to make it happen! I hope that people will like this at the show.  Do leave m...

I thought wey hey I can do a blog post on this lol! Here is my version of the X Box controller as a card: I have used a combination of circle punches 1", 1/2", 3/4"   (and other punches such as the Cookie Cutter builder punch !) Here is the original controller that I copied from: And then I decided to get creative, as Ben said, well they do come with patterns on them too Mum: Break out the Sale-a-Bration set Epic Celebration - if you purchase $90 of goodies you could get this set for free! :)  He picked the creative one! What do you think? which would you pick? Thanks for reading this, and I hope it inspires you to look at things around you and see if you can create a card to look like them!, I'd love to see what you create! God Bless lov...
