Something Saturday - Show & Tell July 24 Online products

Image
Hi there Creators Today I have a new parcel of goodies to share with you, these products are now available online, I've added the links to each so you can check them out.   First up I showed the stunning Sunflower 3D Embossing folder (it's a large one being A5 sized) I think I'll be showing off a couple of ways to use it next week (stay tuned!) Then I moved onto the " Not 29 anymore" stamp set, which I absolutely love, it's definitely a keeper well after it retires! Next up is Label Me Grateful Bundle ( Stamps & Dies) I do like that the dies can be used on their own if you're not keen on the stamp set (personally I liked both) Next up is a Suite, the Floral Charm Suite Collection Oh so pretty!  I've given you the link to the whole collection but when you check it out, there is a drop down box to pick out individual items if you don't want the whole kit & caboodle! And last but not least although it's not totally new, it is to me😃 Th...

June's Class Cards

Image
Hi There Creators I'm sure I say this at the end of each month, but where did May go to?!  can't believe we're almost 1/2 way through the year already. June's classes are on Wednesday 1st at 10.30am and Thursday 2nd at 7pm both in Laanecoorie in my classroom, then also on Saturday 4th at 10.30am in Maryborough. Some of my "new stuff" came, and of course it's hard to resist using it lol This first card uses the gorgeous Starry Sky Ink and Natures Prints bundle of Stamps with matching dies  for a list of what I've used check out this link:  What Heather used   Next up are the fish.... Using A Fish and a Wish Bundle (Stamps and Punch) No new colours in this one, just some lovely brights. Along with the beautiful bright Glossy Dots Assortment.  Check out all the goodies I used here:   What Heather Used I thought I should use a stamp set that has had very little use (at least out of my stamp sets)  In the Moment Stamp Set , I've done a spot of P...

Something Saturday - Night Sky Pastels

Image
Hi there Creators, Continuing on our Pastels journey, I have "night sky" pastels to show you this week, I was amazed at how well the pastels show up on dark cardstock. Here are the cards I made up.... this first one I made up with a black background, and really wanted it to be looking out of a window (this is when I wish I had Window Flower Box dies )  however I used the exceedingly useful Stitched Rectangle dies instead😃, as I wanted it to look like the inside of a shed I've "hung" a few tools off the window sill (courtesy of the Home & Garden bundle ) and used the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder for the wall. then this is the card I made up in the video (couple of photos as I couldn't make up my mind which was better 🤣), Here is the link to the products I used in this one: What Heather Used So, down to the nitty gritty, how do you do this? Take a dark coloured cardstock (I used Night of Navy in the video), then lightly grate pastels onto ...
