Something Saturday - Create Along

 Hi there Creators Stampin' Up! had a Demonstrator only event the other day, and showed us how to create "one sheet wonders" from a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP). I got inspired and added a bit more into it, and you guys get to benefit from it 😃  I hope you do craft along with me in the video, but if you need a bit of extra help, I have a Create Along PDF for you (hopefully I can work out how to attach it!, let me know if it hasn't worked!)  List of what you need below photos. Photos below of the 2 sets of cards I ended up creating: Here is what I used for this first set of cards:  Kintsugi Inspirations   I used Stampin' Write Markers that will be retiring as they run out, but you could just as easily use the Stampin' Blends (alcohol markers) just use Memento ink with them rather than Stazon! Cards for May

 Hi there Creators Well thought I'd better share the cards we'll be making in May at my classes, which incidentally the class dates are:  Wednesday 4th at 10.30am, Thursday 5th at 7pm (both in Laanecoorie) and the Maryborough class is on Saturday 7th at 10.30am. I'm hoping we can gather a few more people for the Maryborough class, so do tell your friends!   We'll be making 4 cards, (with envelopes) for $20 Let's kick off the "show & tell"..... this first one uses the brand new Wisteria Wishes (oh this set is rapidly becoming one of my favourites!)  Also some a couple of the new In Colours (can you spy which ones?) Next up, I can't resist the pull of the ocean..... with Waves of Inspiration (and another new In Colour) Number 3 (if you know me you'll know I love all things gold🤣)  This uses the gilded leafing, along with the quite cool Beautiful Shapes dies, and Biggest Wish Stamps Last but not least I've dug out the Celebrate Sunflowers Sta...

Celebrate Sunflowers bundle

Hi there! I've had a bit of an opportunity to play with some of my new bits, so thought I'd show you what I've been making up with my new Celebrate Sunflowers bundle (stamps and dies)  It's actually pretty cool the way the stamp lines up with the cut die image, so that's what I've gone with in this first card, and I really like the 2 branch/frond things.  Oh not forgetting the fact that there's new colours in this!  Bumblebee , and Just Jade .  If you can see the difference in the yellows, the flower itself is Bumblebee, and the centre of the flower is Crushed Curry .  I think the Crushed Curry is a little brighter than the Bumblebee.  also owing to the fact I don't have the ink pads yet, I've gone with Shaded Spruce for the ink colour, which really blends beautifully with the Just Jade.  this next card uses the new Magenta Madness cardstock (plus the Bumblebee, Just Jade and Shaded Spruce) I've used the Sunflower dies to cut out the ...
